On February 15, 2017, GlobeCore‘s technical team successfully commissioned the CMM-0.6M unit in Gresik, Indonesia. This equipment is specifically designed to cleanse insulating oils with viscosities below 70 cSt at 50°C from both mechanical impurities and water.
Capable of achieving oil purification up to an ISO cleanliness level of -/14/12 from an initial cleanliness level of -/18/16 (with particle sizes below 0.004%), the unit achieves this through multiple passes of oil through the filtering system.
Primarily employed for the installation, repair, and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment such as power transformers and high-voltage switches, the CMM-0.6M unit boasts a unique feature: it can process oil in energized transformers. This capability is facilitated by GlobeCore‘s Transformer Safety System (TSS), which monitors oil levels in the tank and automatically disconnects the transformer from the purification plant in emergencies. Operators can program both upper and lower oil levels as needed.
Key advantages of the TSS transformer safety system include its compatibility with units from different manufacturers, its quick and simple setup (connecting within 5 minutes), its suitability for oil purification, filtration, and regeneration, and its optional GSM-module for remote c
