In the period of 18th to 28th October 2018, a team from GlobeCore visited Jakarta, Indonesia to oversee the commissioning of another unit.
This time, a CMM-10 unit was put into operation at one of Jakarta’s transformer substations. This particular equipment is designed for the purification of electrical insulation oil, effectively eliminating solid particles, water, and gases. Additionally, the unit is capable of evacuating power transformers.
The functions of the CMM-10 vary depending on the specific requirements of the task at hand:
- Transformer heating: Oil is circulated through a filter and then heated.
- Oil degassing: In this mode, the oil passes through a filter, heater, and a vacuum column, effectively removing gases, water, and solid particles.
- Evacuation of transformers using the unit’s vacuum pumps.
